Glass Multi Stage Edging Machine BDM12.325PW
- 12 motors, PLC control and ball bearing chain.
- capable of satisfying some special requirements for machining glass.
- suitable to process flat edge, variable angle(0°~45°) edges and arris on glass
- glass thicknessfrom 3mm to 25mm
- equipped with a touchable PLC screen, you can preset the thickness and angles of glass to be processed by means of a rotary encoder, and their graphic and data will be automatically shown on the screen
- allows to accomplish rough and finish grindings, polishing and chamfering only in one operating process
- adapts with ball bearing chain pads, securely holding a glass of 3mm to 25mm thickness to assure smooth, clean work.
- the feeding speed of glass can be adjusted with the operation by means of the mechanical step-less transmission which have a wide variable range and a steady variation.
